Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve this as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.
